Chelsea triumphed over Fulham in the Premier League on Saturday, with a second-half brace from Mason Mount and a double from Timo Werner securing all three points for Thomas Tuchel's side.
The Blues got off to a strong start, with Hakim Ziyech and Callum Hudson-Odoi combining well to set up Mateo Kovacic, who rifled home from close range. But Fulham were not to be denied, as they equalised through Ryan Sessegnon's header after just six minutes.
Chelsea responded quickly, though, with Mount coming off the bench to score his first goal since January, before Werner doubled Chelsea's lead with a clinical finish. The German then added another in stoppage time, completing a memorable afternoon for the German international.
Tuchel's side now sit third in the table, just two points behind Manchester City and Liverpool. They will hope to maintain their momentum against Aston Villa next weekend, while Fulham remain in the relegation zone.
